Our Pledge of Protection

As a hospital-based fitness and wellness center, the safety of our members and staff has always been our first priority. Take a look at the detailed Pledge of Protection below:

Regular Screenings

Each member and employee is screened before entering the facility. Members will be evaluated by a "health guard" upon entering, including a temperature check and COVID-19 questionnaire.

A New Standard Of Cleanliness

We've incorporated new enhanced practices and technology into our cleaning procedures. This includes upgraded HVAC filters to hospital-grade MERV 13, opening outdoor HVAC dampers to achieve a higher air exchange level in the Center, and antiviral wipes/spray disinfectant and electrostatic sprayers on all surfaces and equipment.

Controlled Capacity

We are actively monitoring the usage of the facility as a means to control capacity. This includes required reservations for Group Fitness classes and lane reservations in our Aquatics Center.

Personal Protective Equipment

All employees and members are required to wear an acceptable face mask at all times. Everyone is required to practice good hand hygiene by washing or sanitizing hands regularly, avoid touching the face, and perform proper respiratory etiquette throughout their visit.

Physical Distancing

Instructional signage is set to aid in traffic flow and reduce congestion. The equipment has been removed, taken out-of-service, or rearranged to provide for a more open floor plan and achieve physical distancing. Group Fitness classes have floor markings to note participant positions at least 6-feet apart.
